Transition House Worker provides a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors in a shelter setting. Provides support,
advocacy, information, education, crisis intervention and referrals.
This is a temporary (3 month) position beginning May 6, 2024.
The floater works shift areas as needed, staff must be flexible for all shifts and work placements. Assists clients to live successfully in a group home setting.
